About the Role: As a Sales Executive you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, handling both incoming and outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, discuss detailed product information, convert leads into sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming and outbound customer calls. Identifying customers’ needs and requirements. Discussing detailed product information with prospective customers. Preparing and sending out quotations and following up with potential customers. Logging all interactions in the internal CRM system and maintaining a high level of MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel). Setting up new business accounts through system. Collaborating closely with other team members and the wider organisation to deliver an outstanding service. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Previous telephone-based customer service or sales experience is essential. Communication: Excellent ability to build rapport over the phone with strong listening and communication skills. Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable using CRM systems.
