Trainee Sales Executive
Location: Basildon, Essex

About the role:
We are looking for confident, driven, and ambitious individuals who have previous office-based sales experience and are looking to build a career in a telephone-based role. Your main function will be to develop business by sourcing opportunities, making calls, and then, with assistance from your head of desk, closing the deal.
Skills and Experience required:
1. Previous experience within a targeted sales role would be ideal.
2. The ability and desire to sell with a positive, confident, and determined approach.
3. Account Management or upselling experience.
4. Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
5. Strong communication skills with business-related knowledge.
Full training will be given. We just need you to have a great attitude and a desire to succeed coupled with some telephone-based sales experience. They want you to achieve and move up the ladder and will provide all the necessary support to ensure you achieve this.
Compensation:
Basic salary will depend on age and experience, plus a fantastic quarterly bonus and package, free parking, or walking distance from a bus stop.
Weekly and monthly incentives, quarterly bonuses, yearly bonuses, holidays, and more!

Main Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with in/outbound leads via multiple channels (phone, email, and social media).
2. Making new sales calls.
3. Learning how to calculate quotations.
4. Building a sales pipeline, tracking, and managing the complete sales process.
5. Gathering market and customer information.
6. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
