Title: Sales Executive
Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Role: Hybrid, 3 days in the office
Are you passionate about travel, adventure, and love sales? We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at TruTravels in Kingston. We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to provide excitement to travellers about their upcoming adventures!
The successful applicant will be based in London and would be happy to be in the office in Kingston Upon Thames, 3 days per week.

What you’ll do:
1. Sales & Conversion: Drive sales by matching travellers with suitable tours based on their interests and needs. Maximize conversion rates by managing inquiries and following up on leads promptly.
2. Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for travellers, providing support via phone, email, and live chat. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Collaboration with Operations: Coordinate with the operations team to manage last-minute tour requests and bookings efficiently.
4. Pre-Tour Coordination: Ensure customers have all necessary tour information and documentation.
5. Marketing Support: Provide feedback to the marketing team for effective communication of key sales messages.
6. Continuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing learning and improvement, staying informed about the latest trends in travel and sales.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years in a travel sales role or similar position.
2. Passionate about travel, with strong knowledge of our destinations.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
4. Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
5. Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
