Serverfarm Data Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time HR Generalist to join our team in the Waterloo area of London, UK. The ideal candidate will have strong employment relations experience and a solid background in initiating compliance initiatives, conducting investigations, and managing consultations. Additional experience with HR practices in the Netherlands and other European countries is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance to managers on policies and processes related to performance management, compensation, career development, employee engagement, attrition, retention, training, and workforce planning Guide management in handling performance issues, disciplinary procedures, and grievances, in line with company best practice Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive company culture Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records, utilizing and optimizing the HRIS system effectively Ensure strict compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures in accordance with business operations and local regulations. Conduct audits to maintain accurate records and mitigate potential legal risks Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and well-being strategies Act as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR advice via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Support the HR Administrator(s) in managing onboarding and offboarding, personnel files, employee changes, and other HR documentation Support the Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring effective engagement and development opportunities Assist the Talent Acquisition team by supporting managers with recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience Oversee and manage HR matters across all European locations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and procedures Stay current with changes to local employment law and understand their implications for the business Monitor the progress of training initiatives In addition to all other responsibilities as assigned by the HR Leadership Team Requirements: 3-5 years' experience of HR Generalist work Degree in Human Resources or professional qualification such as the CIPD Strong knowledge of HR policies and legislations Workday user preferred or other HRIS system experience can be an advantage Experience working in a busy HR environment Strong levels of resilience and assertive skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be able to commute to Feltham regularly - Hybrid 2 days per week with approximately 15-20 hours of weekly work Monday through Friday Proven background in initiating compliance initiatives and conducting investigations Experience with consultations and providing HR guidance Knowledge of HR practices in the Netherlands and other European countries is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The right candidate must be eligible to work full-time in UK immediately without any restriction.
