MSX International is looking for a Customer Support Helpdesk Team Lead to join our busy team at Jaguar Land Rover in Gaydon.
The Customer Support Helpdesk Team Lead will engage and support the Connected Car workforce that drives a ‘Best in Class’ global service, by assisting the Global network with escalated incidents.
The Role
In this role, the Customer Support Helpdesk Team Lead will be serving as the first point of contact for customer seeking technical assistance over the phone and chat or email. You will be working closely with the project manager.
As part of this role, Customer Support Helpdesk Team Lead will:
1. Main point of contact for the client
2. Managing schedules/annual leave
3. Creation and distribution of reports to stakeholder
4. Coaching and mentoring to improve teams skillset/identifying areas for improvement
5. Oversee Global markets such as the UK and the USA.
6. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
7. Record events and problems and their resolutions in a ticketing system.
8. Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed.
9. Drive customer loyalty and retention through accurate incident management.
10. Identifying issues through analysing the team’s data.

Our ideal Customer Support Helpdesk Team Lead will also have:
11. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
12. Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.
13. Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint etc.
14. A keen interest in technology, keeping abreast of advances and news.
