Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the shortest turnaround time for answering inquiries
2. Resolve customer disputes
3. Process quotations and sales orders
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
5. Maintain detailed records of all orders, including order status, tracking information, and any special customer requests
6. Ensure feedback for all quotes not converted to orders
7. Act as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues promptly
8. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
9. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel
10. Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including quotes, contracts, and invoices
11. Ensure that all documentation complies with industry regulations and company standards
12. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for sales meetings and customer presentations
13. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and track sales forecasts, sales targets, and performance metrics
14. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
15. Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, including travel arrangements and meeting logistics
16. Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists
17. Track and analyze sales data, including revenue, margins, and market trends, to support decision-making processes
18. Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into sales performance
19. Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards
20. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as managing calendars, booking appointments, and handling correspondence
Education and Experience
21. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred
22. 2- 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the aerospace industry
23. Strong knowledge of aerospace products, terminology, and industry standards
24. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
25. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
26. Knowledge of CRM systems
