* Develop and implement learning programmes aligned to business priorities including onboarding, leadership and technical skills.
* Lead the design and delivery of bespoke leadership development frameworks for emerging and senior leaders.
* Partner with department leads and People Partners to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning pathways.
* Own the onboarding framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across functions and geographies.
* Manage the LMS and use data-driven insights to shape future learning strategies and measure impact.
* Champion a growth mindset culture and drive engagement in learning across all levels of the business.

* Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end L&D programmes in high-growth environments.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning tools including LMS platforms.
* Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; able to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
* A data-led approach with the ability to analyse learning needs and evaluate programme effectiveness.
* Experience working across geographies and functions; a collaborative and proactive mindset.
* A CIPD qualification or similar in learning and development or virtual learning delivery is desirable.
