If so, a UK leader in the FMCG sector is looking to recruit a UK Learning and Development manager on a permanent basis Learning & Development Manager Permanent Opportunity ASAP Start Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5pm) Burton upon Trent (Covering UK wide sites) Learning & Development Manager Job Description: Designing and delivering a training and development strategy that supports business objectives, talent management processes and internal development programmes Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirement and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams Assessing suppliers/provides quality of materials, delivery and cost effectiveness Reviewing and updating all learning and development material Measuring training effectiveness and reporting on findings.
