We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive that shares the same values of pragmatism, professionalism and transparency that we do. The ideal candidate will prefer using a consultative approach to business development; gaining credibility with client partners by holding insight-driven conversations.
Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for nurturing opportunities through the proposal process into closed won contracts. As well as the leads from our team of SDRs, you are also expected to create your own leads by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients.
You’ll be selling our expert teams of software developers, platform engineers, analysts, UX designers, and product managers. We deliver high-quality software engineering, platform solutions, and technical consulting.
Our work ranges from short discovery workshops to long-term projects like modernizing legacy systems, building new features, and creating full products. Projects can last anywhere from a few weeks to several years.
You will work closely with our Sales Development Representative, and Campaign Managers to create and nurture opportunities that lead to meaningful client relationships and successful project deliveries. This role is ideal for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and technology.
Working location: We are open to this role being hybrid (a mix of home/office working). Our office is based in Farringdon, London (EC1M 5PU).

Key responsibilities:
* Lead Generation and Qualification : Proactively identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities at prospective clients through market research, networking, and lead follow-up.
* Proposal Development and Sales Cycle Management: Collaborate with the Professional Services team to develop and deliver persuasive, customized new business proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and address the specific needs of the client. Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and overcoming objections, to contract closure.
* Relationship Building and Account Management : Building and nurturing strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within prospective and existing client organizations, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
* Sales Strategy Execution and Enhancement : Actively supporting and executing the company's sales strategy, while providing valuable insights and feedback to continuously improve and refine the approach.
* CRM Maintenance and Data Integrity : Diligently maintaining the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and opportunities, enabling effective sales pipeline management and reporting.
* Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Sales Development Representative and Campaign Manager to ensure smooth handovers and alignment with lead generation strategy. Participate in our events, and support the team by providing input on any collateral and sales toolkits.
* Continuous Learning: Continuously learn about Codurance offerings, industry trends, and client challenges. Stay up-to-date on business concepts to provide expert services.

Salary : £70k-£100k
Bonus: 2% of all revenue attributable to your contracts, uncapped for the first year of the account.
