Our team is at the heart of our success, and we are now seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join us as the Job Architecture and Total Rewards Manager.This is initially a 4 month fixed term contract.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Colleague Experience & Relations, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing First Bus job architecture framework and total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits, plus and other initiatives designed to attract, retain, and motivate our colleagues.
This is a home based/hybrid role,with occasional travel around First Bus sites in the UK and to attend in-person meetings
