You will join an incredibly successful organisation that has grown significantly in recent years, now focused on driving strategic talent initiatives, championing innovative recruitment practices, and leveraging new technology.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Management of a team responsible for global recruitment.
* Delivery of executive hiring globally with a focus on building value-add, commercial relationships with business leaders, adding strategic talent support.
* Driving continuous improvement, change projects, and talent acquisition programs globally.
* Leveraging new and existing technology to push forward efficiencies, delivery, and service to the business.
* Reporting on and driving the analysis and use of recruitment metrics and data.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global talent acquisition teams, a data-driven approach, and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience in a regulated financial or professional services organisation would be highly advantageous.
