About the Role
As our Sous Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, assist in menu creation, and ensure that our food quality consistently exceeds expectations. You’ll be a key player in maintaining a five-star food hygiene rating, managing stock and ordering, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure everything runs smoothly, even in the Head Chef’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate on Food Preparation: Work with the Head Chef to prepare meals for weddings, events, and the restaurant
2. Team Leadership: Guide junior kitchen staff and lead the team in the Head Chef's absence
3. Menu Curation: Contribute creative ideas and help design various menus
