We are seeking a dynamic professional with a passion for culinary excellence to lead the Restaurant team within the Kitchen at a prestigious Hotel.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Exec Chef to ensure successful operation of all outlets in accordance with the Hotel's standards.
* Leading the Restaurant team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
* Collaborating with the Exec Chef to develop and implement menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures.
* Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
* Managing kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-end Hotel or restaurant.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: £35,000 per annum.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent.
