Divisional Recruitment Manager - Permanents Location: Bournemouth BH1 3NE Hybrid Working Remuneration Package: Basic salary of up to £70,000 OTE of £120,000 plus 26 Days holiday plus your birthday off and much much more About the Job of the Divisional Recruitment Manager Reporting to the Head of Delivery; the job of our Divisional Recruitment Manager is to inspire your team in achieving performance targets and delivering a high-quality service to Clients & Candidates. This involves actively engaging with Clients &supporting sales efforts. You play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering a motivated team culture, and promoting company values. Build and guide a high-performing team, ensuring engagement, motivation, and output, and meet Gross Profit (GP) budget objectives. Provide effective and proactive leadership, supporting, coaching, and mentoring team members through on desk coaching, team meetings, weekly 121’s & quarterly appraisals Demonstrating best practice as a hands-on leader, as well as being flexible to support gaps within the team, including experience & skills Being actively engaged with Clients & supporting Sales efforts - regularly & consistently meeting with Clients & Stakeholders Contributing significantly to the strategy for which specialisms/niches Develop & embed best practice in end-to-end delivery workflow for Permanent Recruitment Develop & embed best practice in Candidate Network generation & management for Permanent Recruitment Develop and implement effective learning and development plans for the team Create flexibility within the team to deliver international business in core locations & time zones What we are looking for in our next Divisional Recruitment Manager Experience working as a Recruitment Manager or similar within one of the following sectors: Technology, IT, Financial Services or Engineering Be able to demonstrate strong guidance and coaching skills Have tracible work history in building relationships being able to demonstrate where you have carried out successful candidate and client attraction Experience of spearheading a team to and achieving targets Demonstrate multiple methods of attraction that included but not limited to, Headhunting, SEO Advertising, Social Mead and referrals Experience of driving a team to increase revenue Demonstrate the foundations of everything we do, A Team, Professional and Specialists Be highly motivated, possesses a growth mindset, and is ready to advance your career beyond current limitations.
