As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our sales team and support our efforts to promote our products and services to veterinarians and animal health professionals. Key duties Sales Development: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Vetoquinol's product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Reporting: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management on progress and opportunities. Follow-Up: Manage follow-up communications with potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience. Person specification Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in (but not limited to) animal health or the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
