The Owners of this fantastic property are seeking a Sous Chef to assist with the management of the main restaurant at this upmarket holiday hotel and resort. The restaurant and bar offer informal and relaxed all day dining and are extremely busy during the peak season. The menus consist of light bites, sharing platters, a grill section, stone baked pizzas, to name a few sections, all prepared from fresh locally produced produce as much as possible. The property needs a Sous Chef who can liaise closely with the second Sous Chef and head Chef and is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst managing the junior members of the team.
Requirements:
An experienced Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the property's expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
