About the Role As a Senior Sales Executive at RX Global, you are at the forefront of driving business sales and creating meaningful connections with our customers. Your mission is to understand their unique needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value. With a focus on value-based selling, you are instrumental in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through our world-class events and market-leading digital tools. You will become a trusted advisor to your clients, sharing expertise and insight that will bring RX closer to the customer decision-making process. Responsibilities Developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to exceed revenue targets across all revenue lines with a focus on face to face and digital opportunities. Using data to inform and inspire decision making and to build insight into client / industry performance. Utilizing market leading data to represent to clients the value of participating at events and increase investment. Developing an understanding of the show markets, their vendors and needs and become industry experts. Working with marketing teams to build campaigns to attract inbound leads -responding to all leads in a timely manner Identifying and engaging with potential exhibitors and sponsors, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and managing client and prospect data. Requirements Have previous lead generation, sales, or customer-facing experience Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Be a self-starter attitude with a proven work ethic and goal-exceeding history. Possess positive attitude and ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
