* Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
* Foster a positive working environment and encourage professional development.
* Assist in the transition period with the outgoing Head Chef to ensure a smooth handover.
What We’re Looking For
* A chef with a strong background in professional kitchens.
* Passion for creating delicious, well-presented dishes with local ingredients.
* Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the kitchen.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Open to learning and adapting to the unique environment of the venue.
* Ideally, a driver due to the rural location (though transport links are available).
What We Offer
* A competitive salary up to £42,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
* 28 days of holiday, plus your birthday off.
* One week off every March for renovations.
* Christmas and Boxing Day off.
* A self-contained on-site accommodation option with private entrance.
* Supportive management and a friendly working environment.
* A chance to live and work in the picturesque Snowdonia region.
