IT Support Analyst | Law Firm
An leading international law firm who require an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support. They must have Windows 10 Professional experience and a practical understanding of Active Directory. Experience of networking technologies and knowledge of Citrix is essential along with working knowledge of Document Management Systems and Professional Services specific applications.
The chosen candidate must have legal or professional service experience along with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Candidates will possess good communication skills and be confident to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with demonstrable general knowledge of desktop hardware, and laptops
• A minimum of six months' IT help desk support experience within a Professional Services organisation, ideally legal
• Experience of core Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Audio/Video conference knowledge desirable
• ITIL Foundation qualification desirable
