Key Skills & Attributes:
1. Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build relationships.
2. Strong admin skills, particularly focused on Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
3. Highly organized with an eye for detail.

5. Ability to discover and overcome objections and close sales effectively.
6. Enthusiasm to become an expert in the full product range.
7. Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
What your day will look like:
1. CRM activity management, monitoring and updating.
2. Handling small customer enquiries including day to day email correspondence.
3. Requesting & producing quotations, specification books & clarification documents.
4. Liaising with suppliers, clients & project managers to deliver projects on time.
5. Assisting your External Project Manager with their project queue.
6. Proactive quote follow-up calls.
7. General office support and involvement in team projects.
Salary & Benefits:
1. A salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Competitive Bonus.
2. This is a full-time office-based role: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
