We’re excited to welcome a Digital Sales Executive to our team to help drive our ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have access to advanced tools and resources to support your career development. Over the next 18 months, we’re focused on expanding across Europe, Asia, North America, and South America.
About the Role
As a Digital Sales Executive, you will manage your own sales operations and develop a client portfolio using our performance-based advertising solutions. This role offers you the chance to strive for excellence, explore innovative approaches, inspire your colleagues, and meet ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Engagement: Identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships with potential clients.
* Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and conduct in-depth needs assessments.
* Client Relationship Management: Secure new business deals and grow existing client accounts.
* Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve both individual and company-wide targets.
* Networking: Build connections through various channels, including phone, video, email, social media, and LinkedIn.
* Industry Positioning: Establish yourself as a trusted expert within the industry.
* Pipeline Management: Execute 50-80 daily tasks in Salesforce to maintain an organised and productive sales pipeline.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: At least 1 year in a sales environment, preferably in digital or online services.
* Language Skills: Fluency in any European languages such as French, Polish, Portuguese, or Spanish would be highly beneficial, alongside excellent written and spoken English.
* Business Knowledge: Solid business acumen with experience in online advertising or digital marketing.
* Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in mathematics, computer literacy, and Salesforce.
* Adaptability: Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate meetings across different time zones.
