We're looking for individuals with a relentless drive for success and a proven sales track record, particularly in phone-based sales within the B2B or B2C arena. Full industry and service offerings training will be provided; we believe in setting you up for success.
Your primary focus is to help us expand our customer base and ensure that everyone is aware of our service offerings. You will be responsible for seeking out new projects by making inbound and outbound calls to both new and existing customers, managing ongoing projects, and cultivating strong relationships with our clients to encourage repeat business. Each day will bring new and diverse tasks for you to tackle.

Key responsibilities
* Proactively generate leads and onboard new business clients
* Foster enduring relationships with current and prospective clients
* Expertly discern client needs and deliver tailored product and service recommendations
* Present compelling and competitive sales quotes
* Negotiate and efficiently close sales deals
* Consistently surpass sales targets and KPIs
* Collaborate with operations and engineers to ensure high-standard project completion
* Keep the CRM system updated with customer details and sales activities
Skills and experience required
* Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in phone-based sales or similar roles
* Strong sales and negotiation acumen
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Self-motivated and capable of excelling independently and within a team
* Results-oriented with a history of surpassing sales targets
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, preferred but not essential
