We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a prestigious event catering and party design company based in Wimbledon.

This role involves stepping into the Head Chef position during events, so confidence in leading a kitchen is a must.
Working hand-in-hand with the Executive Head Chef, the Sous Chef will be involved in crafting imaginative dishes and bringing fresh, exciting techniques to the table.
This role is perfect a Sous Chef looking to grow within a dynamic company that values long-term commitment and collaboration.
Sous Chef Key Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with additional evening and weekend shifts during events (overtime is paid).
Compensation: Total package around £50,000 per year, including a base salary of up to £38,000 with 30% additional earnings through overtime.
Additional Benefits: Company bonus scheme and pension contributions.
