Are you a Chef with a strong background in high-volume production kitchen, looking for a better work-life balance? This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end event catering production kitchen.
Our client is a luxury event caterer, delivering exceptional food for high-profile events across London. You’ll be working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee the production kitchen, ensuring efficient, high-quality food preparation.
* Work closely with the Senior Chef Team to maintain top-tier standards.
* Ensure all food is produced in a timely, consistent, and scalable manner.
* Maintain strict food safety & allergen control procedures.
* Assist in menu planning, stock management, and kitchen organization.
* Occasionally support on-site event catering when required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in high-end catering, production kitchens, or high-volume restaurants.
* Strong ability to manage workflow & maintain consistency under pressure.
* Knowledge of food safety, allergens & HACCP procedures.
* Exceptional attention to detail & teamwork skills.
* A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for quality food.
