Job Description
Sous Chef - Fantastic opportunity to join a small team in a busy country pub on the edge of Swindon. We require a strong, capable and committed Sous Chef to help work with our Head Chef to push the business forward.
You will work alongside our head chef to produce a constantly changing menu with dishes cooked from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce.
This position would ideally suit a chef with a passion for good food looking to advance and join a fun team. Your working week would be 5 days out of 7, including working weekends with Sunday finishing early after lunch service - with flexibility within the team to have a weekend off when required.
In return you will receive a competitive salary of 25K to 30K plus tips. Holiday pay provided including Christmas day as a holiday.
