We're looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our staff dining kitchen, delivering high-quality meals to a vibrant workplace community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys a structured schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, while still having opportunities for paid overtime during special events.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Leading the kitchen operation day-to-day
2. Creating and executing nutritious, appealing breakfast and lunch menus
3. Working closely with a small, dedicated team
4. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
5. Managing stock, ordering, and ensuring minimal food waste
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
2. Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. A passion for creating great food with a focus on quality and efficiency
5. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen health regulations
