Job Description
The Role
As our L&D Manager, you'll take full ownership of designing, delivering, and managing training programs for our colleagues across the UK and Centre of Arrow. You will also manage and collaborate with third parties to leverage the best tools for our industry, constantly seeking more progressive and effective ways of working / opportunities for streamlining processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, innovative and has a direct, hands-on approach to create a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement training programs that align with business needs and support employee growth.
* Coordinate the use of external platforms, such as, LinkedIn Learning and regulatory learning systems to ensure seamless content delivery.
* Partner with external providers to optimise the use of the Apprenticeship Levy for talent development.
* Ensure all training programs meet current regulatory requirements and standards.
* Mentor and guide team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Engage with internal stakeholders and manage third-party vendors to deliver high-quality training solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering high-quality training.
* Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements and compliance within Financial Services.
* Experience managing third-party providers and optimising the Apprenticeship Levy.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to bring fresh ideas while maintaining a pragmatic approach to delivery.
