We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our client, an award-winning business based in Guildford.
What You'll Do:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and manage sales calls efficiently.
2. Set up new accounts, ensuring accuracy and authenticity.
3. Develop deep knowledge of our key customers and their sectors.
4. Create accurate quotes, manage orders, and track progress in our CRM.
5. Handle customer service escalations and manage the team inbox when required.
6. Build strategies to retain and re-engage customers.
7. Monitor stock levels, back orders, and delivery schedules to exceed expectations.
8. Maintain detailed product knowledge and market awareness to stay ahead.
9. Represent our brand at trade shows and through virtual appointments.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in dealing with customers face to face or via the telephone is essential.
2. Prior experience working in sales desired.
3. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
4. A positive, can-do attitude.
5. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
6. Team player.
