ROLE We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join the Aberdeen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales executive or early-career professional to break into technical sales within the energy and maritime industries. You’ll receive support and training to grow into the role, while playing a key part in developing new business and supporting existing customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and sell products and services, including lifting, rigging, and rope solutions. Proactively identify and engage potential clients across offshore, marine, and industrial sectors. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs. Prepare quotes, presentations, and basic contract proposals (support provided). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Attend meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events (with team support). Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. REQUIREMENTS Required: A motivated, professional attitude with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Organised and proactive approach to managing tasks and following up leads. Willingness to travel. Preferred but not Essential: Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field. Previous work experience in a customer-facing, technical, or sales-related role. Interest or exposure to offshore, marine, energy, or industrial environments. Some proof of experience in sales or at least commercial skills is necessary
