111 is a non-emergency telephone service providing immediate advice using the Pathways system. As a call handler, you will be at the forefront of providing vital guidance and support to individuals in need, directing them towards the right care and offering reassurance during stressful situations.
Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Answering inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals, actively listening to their concerns, and gathering accurate information.
2. Providing advice and signposting patients to the most suitable healthcare service or specialist.
Requirements
* Good IT skills, ensuring accurate information is inputted.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling high volume calls.

* Lives within 60 minutes commute
* Has Customer Service Experience
* Has the right to work in the UK
* Can commit to 6 weeks full-time training (9am-5pm Monday-Friday)
