Duties & Responsibilities
Functions
· Experience using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
· Focus on customer requirements and meeting customer expectations via website, email or telephone enquiries.
· Responds promptly to customer needs by creating and submitting customer quotations within the agreed timescales.
· Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills through ongoing training; sharing expertise and lessons with others.
