A small prestigious international bank is seeking a "hands on" manager for its retail banking operations area. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a team, processing all retail banking & cashiering for the London branch and providing customer services support to RM’s regarding HNWI & private banking Processing payments and treasury settlements Ensuring CDD/EDD is updated Your experience must include: Extensive proven and relevant retail banking/SWIFT payments/customers services experience gained in banking Strong proven staff management skills Excellent communication/presentation skills gained in front line customer services Able to work well under pressure, show initiative and good problem-solving skills Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
