About the Role:
Are you a passionate Sous Chef with a flair for delivering high-end bespoke events catering? Join our elite team as a Sous Chef, where you will bring bespoke-quality dining to life for prestigious global brands in iconic historical venues and locations. This sous chef role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and sous chef leadership skills while catering for unforgettable weddings, private events, and exclusive pop-ups. As Sous Chef you will occasional travel abroad with the team, this position blends creativity with adventure for a sous chef looking for a change of pace and a better work life balance.
What You'll Do:
* Collaborate & Create: Work closely with our Executive and Head Chefs to design and execute innovative, seasonal menus that elevate every event.
* Lead the Kitchen: As a Sous Chef, supervise, train, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional food preparation, presentation, and service.
* Deliver Excellence: Oversee food production for high-end bespoke events catering, ensuring every dish meets our 5-star quality standards.
* Innovate & Manage: Develop new menu concepts, manage inventory, and contribute to the operational success of a fast-paced kitchen.
* Travel for Excellence: Take part in exciting international travel opportunities, catering to prestigious events across the globe.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens specializing in events catering.
* Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair for global cuisines.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
* A passion for sustainability, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
