Duties
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication.
* Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote our products/services.
* Utilise Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions that align with their requirements.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand your professional network.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
* Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in telemarketing or direct sales is beneficial.
