About the Recruitment Manager role:
Annual Salary: £36,000-£38,000 plus bonus scheme
Location: Watford
Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week. Office hours 0730-1630
Work Option: Office Based Monday to Friday
Experience: Essential as a Recruitment Manager with experience of managing a team of recruitment officers.
The responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager:
1. Manage and support a team of Recruitment Officers
2. Update current recruiting procedures
3. Manage the recruitment processes ensuring all leads and applications are processed in a timely manner
4. Working to the needs of the business and employing the right number of staff with the right skills or qualities
5. Contribute content and make use of social media to attract suitable candidates
6. Be active and visual in the local community, organise career/recruitment shows.
7. Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns and staff turnover.
8. Ensure the Recruitment Officers are maintaining a pipeline of tested, assessed, referenced and motivated workers ensuring compliance with any relevant laws, operating standards and client contractual requirements.
9. Overseeing all recruitment administration, advertising, including reference checks and first sign off of compliant files.
10. Interviewing all prospective candidates, telephone screening and completing compliance checks.
11. Liaise with the Head of Service and Service Delivery Manager to ensure they are getting the right skill set and quality of carers needed to fulfil Service Users care packages
12. Liaising with the training team to ensure a clear transition from compliance to training.
13. Supporting day to day operations and delivering targeted sign off on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as per the targets set in Branch.
