Business Development Executive Role & Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.)
* Work closely with the internal Marketing team on strategies to target high-value prospects
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Conduct product demos and presentations as needed
* Monitor and report on sales performance and progress toward KPIs
* Utilise key product knowledge to showcase solutions for prospective customers
* Negotiate prices with clients interested in bulk orders
* Conduct industry research to stay informed about relevant events and trends
* Personalise interactions based on individual pain points, goals, and motivations
Business Development Executive Skills and Experience:
* Experience identifying and converting new business leads
* Full driving license required due to remote location
* Driven & positive mindset with outstanding customer service, communication and sales skills
* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
* Great relationship building and quick trust development
* Motivated and ambitious with a desire to go above and beyond
* Networking aptitude
* Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to handle rejection
* Proficient in computer-based systems, Outlook, and all Microsoft platforms
