THE ROLE
To lead, shape and optimise our Talent Acquisition operations team which supports the recruitment teams. This team covers content and channels, data and systems and the direct sourcing strategy for TA. Leading a team of TA Managers and their reports and partnering with internal and external partners, you’ll engage and align with the TA team on tactical and strategic requirements to support them to deliver talent to the business effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content and channels
* Accountable for a robust employer brand and attraction model which is agile, flexible and covers all countries and functions as needed.
* Lead the team to develop and execute the annual TA content and channels plan including recruitment marketing, social media, media buying and careers website management.
* Develop and maintain the internal and external Employee Value Proposition which promotes TJX and helps to share an authentic view of working here. Ensure that it is translated across all prospect, candidate and any relevant employee communications.
* Strategic leadership and operational direction of the third party media and creative providers.
* Strategic oversight of the TJX careers site, CRM and associated microsite platforms and content, ensuring all messaging and creative is on brand, approved and relevant.
* Bring relevant innovation to the wider Talent Acquisition strategy from an attraction and/or supplier perspective, considering wider best practices or examples to help deliver solutions.
* Direct the team to measure and share performance and success of all the content and channels work.
* Develop of attraction MI suite to report against attraction strategies applied and the impacts on sourcing.
Data and systems
Direct and support the Talent Acquisition Manager:
* To manage, maintain and govern the ATS.
* In strategic conversations and projects related to the ATS and other related and connected systems.
* To ensure the MI and reporting plan is clear and the team are effectively engaging the wider TA team to use data successfully.
* To manage the Talent Acquisition budget delivering and reviewing cost efficiencies.
* To provide clear spending targets and actuals on a quarterly basis to ensure budget is optimised and managed effectively.
* To ensure the wider TA leadership team are clear on budget position and proposals for spend ahead.
* To use data and MI to bring the TA work to life and influence critical decisions across the team and with stakeholders.
Direct Sourcing
Direct and support the Talent Acquisition Manager to:
* Develop a sourcing strategy which drives our engagement with highly qualified, passive audiences and develops pipelines for core and hard to fill hiring demands.
* Fully optimise use of LinkedIn across the board. Ensure metrics are in place to show impact of the DS plan.
* Deliver a talent community plan. From creation of a plan to delivery of appropriate engagement and communications.
* Continue to keep an eye on AI potential uses across the recruitment process as well as for candidate sourcing and pipelining.
* Manage the rosta of recruitment agencies / preferred suppliers with up to date associated service level agreements.
* Create ‘market’ data coverage which supports pipeline development and sets clear market expectations for our hiring managers.
Partnerships
* Support the relevant Talent Acquisition Manager with supplier management of key attraction partners and key recruitment agencies, driving defined objectives and partnering with global sourcing and procurement (GS&P) when seeking new suppliers.
* Work with TJX North America, Canada and Australia on projects, initiatives and global Talent Acquisition vendor relationships.
* Collaboration with TA and business stakeholders to understand and plot demand challenges and operational implications for TA.
* Partner with our I&D team on tailored I&D media and supporting processes (i.e. website accessibility).
* Own the Talent Acquisition relationship with brand/marketing teams.
* Lead, develop and manage direct reports: Content and Channels Manager, Data and Systems Manager and Direct Sourcing Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Experienced senior recruitment manager with demonstrable technical Talent Acquisitions operations knowledge.
* Is able to translate recruitment needs and demand ahead to the TA Ops strategy and plan.
* Highly strategic balanced with keeping the team focused on delivery.
* Experienced in developing short- and long-term recruitment strategies including employer brand propositions, recruitment marketing, direct sourcing strategies, social media and systems.
* Real interest and ability to understand insights and data. Ability to storytell using data.
* Strong stakeholder management, with experience in building relationships and influencing senior level HR and business stakeholders.
* Experience of managing resourcing vendors and negotiating service level agreements / terms of business.
* Commercial acumen and ability to make decisions based on business needs.
* Strong budget and resource management and monitoring experience.
