Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Professional with a passion for Organizational Development (OD) to join our friendly and fun HR team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be a curious and strategic thinker with excellent coaching and communication skills, capable of driving positive change and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce. They will be a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of HR best practices, change management, and the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Global Talent, Development & Engagement team in the implementation of our skills management project.
2. Drive OD (organizational development) initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive culture aligned with company values and business objectives.
3. Work with the business in their recruitment, development, and retention of top talent to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
4. Provide guidance and coaching to managers on managing and leading their teams, including effectively managing change.
5. Stay current on trends and innovations in HR and organizational development.
6. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
1. Strong proven track record of working in a similar role (ideally within a technology company).
2. End-to-end experience in the creation and adoption of skills management frameworks.
3. Experience in supporting a global business with organizational design.
4. Strong track record of change management with the ability to support, coach and guide stakeholders to deliver.
5. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
