Step into a pivotal roleas a passionate and hands-on Sous Chef working 10 or 8-hour shifts.You'll be managing the restaurant team, ensuring the best possibleservice in the Client's renowned restaurants, maintaining highstandards, and contributing to the world of fine dining with adedicated approach to customer care and service. The client's tworestaurants are AA rosette thus the client demands creativity,precision, and a learning attitude in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment.
What skills willyou have?
Ideally, you will haveprior experience in a similar role as a Chef within the hospitalitysector, to give you an understanding of the industry's specificdemands. While appreciating tradition, you should exhibit aforward-thinking mindset and adaptability to the demands of ahigh-volume operation.
