### **Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our luxury mobile homes, engaging with potential customers, and expanding our market presence. This role involves significant travel to interact with clients, regular attendance at our Chertsey office, and visits to our manufacturing facility in Hull.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
1. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
2. Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
3. Client Engagement: Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and present our product offerings.
4. Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations on our range of luxury mobile homes.
5. Sales Reporting: Generate reports detailing sales activities, financial data, and market feedback.
6. Stock Management: Ensure the availability and readiness of stock for sales demonstrations and client viewings.
7. Event Participation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events to promote our products and network with potential clients.
8. Negotiation: Handle client objections, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals effectively.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve collective sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
10. Customer Feedback: Relay client feedback to internal teams to inform product development and improve services.
### **Requirements:**
1. Experience: Proven track record in sales. Experience in mobile homes, caravans, or the holiday park industry is highly desirable.
2. Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in English and MS Office. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
4. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and negotiation principles.
5. Learning Agility: Quick learner with a passion for sales and a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
6. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations.
7. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
8. Driving License: Valid UK driving license is essential due to the travel requirements of the role.
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Experience in field sales within the mobile homes or caravans sector.
2. Familiarity with the UK holiday park industry.
3. A network of contacts within the mobile home and caravan market.
### **Working Conditions:**
