We’re working with a well-established, family-run business known for its quality, seasonal menus and welcoming atmosphere. They are now looking for a Head Chef to lead a talented brigade of 5 chefs and drive the kitchen forward with strong leadership and a hands-on approach.

About the role: As Head Chef, you will:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and top-quality dishes
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team of 5 chefs
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
* Work closely with the owners to develop seasonal menus
* Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently
About you:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
* Passionate about fresh food and creating memorable dishes
* A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
* Strong organisational skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure
