Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Hereford for a Sous Chef to work in their award winning Hotel Restaurant and Bar. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and functions/celebrations The Head Chef is looking for a strong Sous Chef who can lead the brigade in his absence. This is an excellent career opportunity. The Person You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous wanting to move up Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members Have experience of working in a busy AA rosette standard Kitchens Positive Personality and pro active work skills
