LSH Auto is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BYD Sales Executive to join our team. As a BYD Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our BYD electric vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sustainable transportation and want to be at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution.
Hours: 40
Salary: £24,232 plus uncapped bonus OTE £60,000, plus company car.
Responsibilities
1. Assist customers in their purchase journey of BYD electric vehicles, providing product information and guidance.
2. Conduct test drives and explain the features and benefits of BYD electric vehicles to customers.
3. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in electric vehicles and communicate them to customers.
4. Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
6. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
2. Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical information to customers.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
6. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
7. A valid driver's license.
