Our client, based in Kidderminster, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive, you'll contribute significantly to the company’s vision, playing a vital part in propelling the business forward.
This is a full time; permanent position and the right candidate must be free to work weekends. Basic salary of £22,308 per annum with uncapped annual on-target-earning of up to £38,000. A background in sales relating to home decor retail is preferred. This role would suit someone who is looking to grow within a company and develop their career further.
As a Sales Executive, you will contribute to delivering a uniquely exceptional experience to every customer.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations
Provide detailed information on product offerings
Staying informed in regards to product features, benefits, and specifications
Keeping up to date with industry trends and product updates
Utilise your natural rapport-building skills to advise customers in the best way possible
Showcase and selling high-end products
Upselling any additional items that could benefit the customer post purchase
