Our Hillier Garden Centre at Cheddar is a well-established and popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts, and outdoor living products. Our on-site restaurant is a key part of the experience, providing our customers with delicious, freshly prepared meals, cakes, light snacks, and beverages.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Senior Food & Beverage Assistant (Supervisor) to join our restaurant team and help create memorable experiences for our customers.
As Senior Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and supervising the restaurant team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of food and beverages and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis of 37.5 hours a week, on a rota basis which will include some weekend working.
