Head Chef - Lymington - £35,000 An experienced Head Chef is required for an amazing, picturesque hotel based in Lymington. We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking fresh food and will take responsibility for all elements of the kitchen including preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to agreed standards. You will be working in a small country house hotel that have a small brigade and their main focus is on the evening dinner service as the hotel does not cater for functions. This role is all about cooking good food Key Information: Salary: £35,000 Hours: 5/7 days, 2-930/10pm shifts, 1 weekend off per month Location: Lymington Duties include: To take responsibility for all elements of the kitchen including preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards. To set and maintain standards. To ensure the kitchen is kept in a clean tidy and hygienic state. To liaise with customers, to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for. To respond to feedback from customers and amend menus as appropriate.
