A great hotel under new leadership requires a talented Head Chef to oversee the main restaurant. There are 3 F&B outlets on site and an Executive Chef overseeing the business. This job is for the Head Chef in the main restaurant, and you will have the full support of the owners, along with a good wage budget and an environment that makes recruitment and staff retention easier.
Access to the best of local produce and the very best of basic food styles will allow you a lot of freedom to develop menus that suit the business, focusing on high-end rural Cotswold style. This is an award-winning business offering great terms: £45,000 - £50,000 basic + tronc + bonus + benefits.
