Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive
Location: Covering the Hereford, Worcester, Leominster, Evesham, Ledbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester Areas
Package: £28,000 Base Salary + bonus - OTE £80,000-£100,000 (uncapped) and Tax Efficient Company Car
Monday to Friday only – 8.30am – 5.00pm.

The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive will be selling vans in the Hereford, Worcester, Leominster, Evesham, Ledbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester regions.
The role will be a mixture of home-based, out in the field visiting new and existing retail clients as well as visiting dealerships in your region.
The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive will be targeting sales of 1-15 vans with small/medium-sized clients.
Role Overview:
The chosen candidate will be integral to the dealership's success, driving sales of vans to a diverse clientele. The role demands a proactive approach to business development, fostering long-term relationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicle options.
* Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
* Negotiate sales and close deals while upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Participate in promotional events and activities to expand the dealership's market presence.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or a closely related field.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
* Full UK driving license.
