An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Inbound Sales Executive / Commercial Finance Broker to join our client’s successful team in Brixworth, Northampton.

Our client provides asset finance & banking facilities to all types of businesses from start ups to established corporations, including private and public limited companies, sole traders, partnerships and private individuals.
About the role:
You will be working to realistic weekly KPI’s, qualifying leads, and building rapport with potential clients. With this, you will be rewarded with a fantastic commission structure with OTE of £70k plus in year one. If you’re money motivated and are looking to work with like-minded people, this could be the perfect role for you.
You will have a proactive & consultative approach to selling and enjoy getting to know your customer ensuring you offer them the best possible finance solutions for their business.
Responsibilities:
1. Qualifying leads.
2. Contacting inbound enquiries to discuss their business finance requirements.
3. Outbound calling to businesses to offer a finance solution.
4. Attending and leading face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
5. Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPI's.
6. Retain customers by offering service reviews and always be looking to cross-sell (maximising every opportunity).
What we would like from you:
1. 3 years sales experience.
2. Excellent communication skills - both written & verbally.
3. Ability to prioritise, self-motivate and a can-do attitude.
4. Must have a UK Driving license.
