Nurture relationships with potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline. Assist in the implementation and ongoing use of a CRM system to track leads and client interactions. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of business development efforts. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new areas for growth. Potential to visit clients to enhance relationships and close deals (optional). Requirements: Proven experience in business development, cold calling, or sales. Strong marketing and networking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn and help implement one. A “hunter” mentality, eager to chase down leads and close deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
